AI Use
AI use at OINK
OINK uses AI-assisted features to support training and planning workflows. This page explains those features in plain language; the terms and privacy notice remain the source of truth for legal and privacy detail.
What AI features do
OINK may use AI to help generate planner chat responses, training ideas, draft sessions, summaries, race or mission planning suggestions, fuel or gear suggestions, and time prediction support.
These features are intended to help you think through a plan faster. They do not replace your judgement, local knowledge, professional advice, or direct communication with run organisers, coaches, clinicians, event teams, or trusted contacts.
Limits of AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong. It may miss context that matters to your fitness, injury history, route conditions, weather, nutrition needs, race rules, safety arrangements, or personal circumstances.
Do not rely on AI output as medical, coaching, nutrition, legal, emergency, rescue, outdoor safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking important details and deciding whether any activity, plan, prediction, or suggestion is suitable for you.
Data used for AI
If you use AI-assisted features, OINK may use your prompt and relevant OINK context to produce a response. Depending on the feature, that context can include planner entries, goals, weekly focus notes, completion notes, recent history from the active chat session, saved AI memory preferences you choose to add, optional private athlete context you have added, and linked activity summaries where available.
Avoid entering medical, highly sensitive, or unnecessary private information into AI prompts. See the privacy notice for more detail about AI-related data, provider categories, international transfers, retention, and your choices.
Saved suggestions
Some AI-assisted output can be turned into saved planner records or exported plan content. Review and edit suggestions before saving, sharing, exporting, or acting on them.
Where OINK labels something as an alpha or beta AI feature, treat it as experimental and verify the result especially carefully.
Your choices
AI-assisted planning features are optional. You can use OINK's non-AI run coordination, event, profile, and planner features without relying on AI output.
You can update profile settings, edit or clear saved AI memory, remove optional private athlete context, disconnect integrations, export your account data, or delete your account from profile settings.
