Using OINK

OINK helps runners organise proposed runs, invite people, and collect simple RSVP responses. Use it respectfully and only for genuine run coordination.

Beta software

OINK is an MVP beta. It is actively being tested and improved, so some features may change, break, be incomplete, or behave differently while the product evolves.

You are welcome to use OINK and share feedback, but please treat it as early-stage software. Use the app at your own discretion and check important details directly with run organisers or training partners where needed.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address you use and for any activity linked to your account. OINK supports login codes and optional password login, so keep access to your email account secure and choose a password you do not reuse elsewhere.

Run information

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of run details they create. Runs may change, and OINK does not guarantee that any run will happen as described.

Safety

You are responsible for deciding whether a run is suitable for you. Consider weather, route, traffic, fitness, gear, and personal safety before joining.

Any training planner suggestions, including AI-assisted suggestions, are general planning support only. They are not medical, coaching, or safety advice. Please use your own judgement and seek professional advice where appropriate.

AI outputs, predictions, and suggestions

OINK may provide AI-assisted chat, summaries, draft training sessions, race or mission planning suggestions, fuel or gear suggestions, and time predictions. These outputs are generated from limited information and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong.

AI outputs are general planning support only. They are not medical, coaching, legal, emergency, rescue, outdoor safety, nutrition, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as your sole source of truth. You are responsible for checking important details, deciding whether any activity is suitable for you, and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Any action you take based on AI output, planner suggestions, predictions, or exported plans is at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law. OINK does not guarantee training outcomes, race results, safety outcomes, completion times, fitness improvements, or injury avoidance.

Race, mission, and outdoor safety planning

OINK may let users create race or mission plans and export plan summaries for their own offline or external sharing. These tools are provided for planning and intentions-sharing only. OINK is not a rescue, monitoring, emergency notification, risk assessment, coaching, medical, or outdoor safety service.

OINK does not monitor whether a user starts, completes, returns from, or checks in after a race, mission, run, trip, or activity. OINK does not store emergency contacts for Race or Mission Plans and does not contact emergency contacts, emergency services, search and rescue, or any public authority if a user is overdue or missing.

Users are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable, preparing appropriately, checking conditions, carrying suitable equipment, sharing accurate intentions outside OINK, confirming that any trusted contact has received and understood the plan, and agreeing when and how that contact should escalate concerns.

Any plan, checklist, AI-generated suggestion, route, fuel plan, gear plan, time prediction, or exported summary is general planning support only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Users and trusted contacts should verify important details independently and follow official outdoor safety guidance, including AdventureSmart Outdoors Intentions where relevant.

Availability and risk

We aim to keep OINK useful and reliable, but because it is a beta service we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for every use. To the extent permitted by law, OINK is provided as-is and you use it at your own risk.

Account deletion

You can ask for your account to be deleted. We will remove or anonymise your personal account details where practical, subject to basic operational records needed to keep the service working.

Changes

These terms may be updated as OINK changes. Continued use of OINK means you accept the latest version.
